RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

 

Our return policy lasts for 3 days on receiving the item. If 3 days have gone by since you have received your item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 

REFUNDS

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. (other than COD)

 

EXCHANGES

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from our end. We take utmost care to package our items so they are not damaged in transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at pahalventura@gmail.com with relevant photos and videos and we will inform you of the next course of action in 2-3 business days

Shipping Policy

A standard shipping charge is included in our product prices. Currently, all our shipping is done via land only. We strive to chose the most reliable partner for our delivery of your products. 
Please note that delivery estimates are approximate and may vary depending on factors such as shipping carrier delays, peak periods, and unforeseen circumstances. We recommend placing your order well in advance, especially for time-sensitive occasions.
 
Order Processing Time
Our team strives to process and ship orders promptly. Typically, orders are processed within 2 business days of receiving your order. During peak periods, this processing time may be extended.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information if applicable. This allows you to monitor the status and location of your package in real-time.

Damaged or Lost Items

If you receive a damaged or lost item, please contact us immediately at customercare@pahalventura.in. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you need to make changes to your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible.
